A year makes a huge difference. Last season we were figuring out what half our tools were called. This season, we actually feel like we know what we’re doing — most of the time, anyway.
We’ve spent this build season being a lot more deliberate: better planning, better documentation, and a lot fewer “wait, why doesn’t this work anymore” moments than last year (though, let’s be honest, still a few). Our robot is more capable than anything we’ve built before, and so is our team.
Houston is a big trip for us, and it’s our first event of the season. We’re going in with real goals this time, not just hoping to survive our matches. Wish us luck.
